Cedar Lodge offers a clean, comfortable stay at a good price, with friendly staff and a lovely breakfast spread. The only downside was the older amenities, which showed some wear. Despite being a bit outdated, it’s a great spot for a family visit to Glenwood Springs.

The stay was comfortable and the amenities were decent, especially the indoor pool, which we enjoyed on a couple of occasions. The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions, like the hot springs and restaurants. Although the breakfast options were somewhat limited, everything was clean and well-maintained during our visit. The atmosphere felt welcoming, largely thanks to the kind owners who made us feel right at home.

Comfortable stay with great amenities
I had a lovely stay for two nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The room was clean and the indoor pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the parking lot was a bit tight at times.

The indoor pool and hot tub offered a solid way to unwind after a day of exploring. The room had a mini fridge and microwave that worked well for storing snacks and heating up quick meals, which is a lifesaver during a busy trip.
The breakfast left much to be desired, with limited options and a layout that felt cramped, especially during peak hours. The furniture appeared dated and could use a refresh. it felt like I stepped back in time rather than enjoying some modern comforts. Plus, if you're sensitive to noise, you might find the walls thinner than expected, leading to interruptions from nearby rooms.

Dining options nearby are solid, with Frida's Authentic Mexican Food just a hop away and Uncle Pizza dishing out the goods. The pools too, are a highlight—indoor and outdoor for when the sun’s shining bright or when you want a chill swim! Clean facilities, you bet!
But let's be real—the room had a smell that could knock a skunk over! And don't get me started on the thin walls. it's like living next to a sneeze factory. Plus, parking? It’s a bit of a scramble when it’s full up.

indoor and outdoor pools, beautifully landscaped grounds, multiple family units
Parking spaces are way too tight when the hotel is full! ! Some plumbing issues with the shower pressure need addressing! The dated appearance is concerning and could really use a refresh!
